We aim to make your shopping experience as simple and easy as possible.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order as well as your shipping location.

Your order may be shipped via either Australia post or a variety of freight companies depending on the size and nature of the item(s) being shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks, and extra time for delivery during sales and busy periods. Please note, we can not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame, but will strive to get your parcel to you as soon as we can.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

When your order has been shipped you will be notified via email which will include your tracking information.

All parcels require a signature on delivery (unless requested otherwise).

When an authority to leave is requested at checkout, you acknowledge that Elisa Richards Art will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel.
